If you’re a woman who loves lifting but feels like your knees are starting to hold you back – you’re exactly who I help.

I’m a physical therapist with 4+ years of clinical experience, but more importantly, I’m a weightlifter myself. I understand the frustration of having to modify workouts, skip leg days, or second-guess movements because of knee pain…because I’ve been there too.

My background as a collegiate softball player and continued commitment to strength training gives me a unique perspective. I don’t just understand rehab – I understand what it means to want to train hard, stay strong, and keep progressing.

After dealing with my own knee pain in the gym, I realized something:

Most programs either tell you to stop lifting… or they completely miss the root cause of the problem.

That’s why I take a different approach.

I specialize in helping women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s overcome knee pain by combining clinical expertise with strength training principles – so you can keep lifting without constantly working around your pain.

My approach focuses on:
• Identifying the true cause of your knee pain (not just treating symptoms)
• Improving mobility where it actually matters (hips, knees, ankles)
• Building strength and control to support your joints under load
• Creating a structured plan so you can train with confidence again
