Meet Amber Koren PT, DPT
My name is Amber Koren and I am a licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota. My work experience has been in the transitional care unit and in home-health primarily working with the geriatric population. What drew me to physical therapy, and still does, is my amazement over what the human body is capable of.
When given the right guidance and tools to succeed, people are often able to heal themselves through movement. My goal as a therapist is to show people what they can achieve. I am passionate about and
energized when I see people accomplishing goals they never thought would be possible again after injury or when dealing with chronic illnesses.
Personally, I am a gym rat. I love when I am given a challenge, especially physically, and am able to conquer it. I began by writing exercise programs for myself and then for my family and now it has evolved into this company. I cannot wait to see how many
more lives we are able to positively impact through exercise at Empower Health and Wellness.

Our selection of pre-made programs can meet the needs of anyone from the middle-aged mom looking to get back into exercise all the way to the gym rat looking for their next challenge or to take their physique to the next level. All our pre made programs have been battle tested prior to publishing to ensure their high quality. Our customized programs are made after consultation with our licensed physical therapist to determine what exactly the goals and specific considerations are. A customized program is perfect for the individual looking to rehabilitate from an injury, deal with a chronic illness, improve their sports performance, or just have more specific goals for themselves in the gym. Customized programs also include weekly check-in meetings with our licensed physical therapist to ensure they are meeting the individual’s needs and to troubleshoot along the way as needed.
