Turn Up the Volume

Hopefully you are proficient at counting to 10… a lot. For the next six weeks, we crank up the number of sets completed therefore cranking up our total reps and therefore the volume. This program is meant to increase the overall workload your muscles are capable of handling. It serves as a good progression if you’ve just finished Strong in Six but can be done really at any time. Buckle up!
