Beginner Home Program

If you are reading this, congratulations! That means you have taken the first step to becoming a healthier, stronger, better version of yourself. Sometimes that first step can be the hardest one. The objective of this program is to introduce you to some foundational exercises and build healthy exercise habits with a very low barrier to entry.

 

This program can be done entirely at home and all you need is a set of basic resistance bands that include a door anchor, ankle straps, and handles. The rest of the exercises are bodyweight only.
